Legame: Better Relationships ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the Legame mobile application, how it is used, and what choices you have.

## 1. Overview

Legame: Better Relationships is designed to provide users with access to app features, premium subscription functionality, and personalized in-app content. We aim to minimize data collection and process only the information necessary for the App to function.

## 2. Information We Process

Depending on how you use the App, the following types of information may be processed:

### a. Account and app usage data
The App may store information you enter or create inside the App, such as:
- profile or account-related information you provide in the App;
- app preferences and settings;
- locally created content and progress data.

This information may be stored locally on your device.

### b. Subscription information
If you purchase a subscription, subscription status is processed through Apple's in-app purchase system (StoreKit). We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

We may access limited subscription-related information necessary to determine whether your premium access is active, such as:
- product identifier;
- purchase status;
- entitlement status;
- restore purchase status.

### c. Notifications
If you allow notifications, the App may schedule and deliver local notifications on your device. Notification permissions are managed by Apple iOS settings and can be changed at any time in your device settings.

### d. Biometric authentication
If you choose to use Face ID or other biometric authentication features supported by your device, the App may request access to biometric authentication through Apple's LocalAuthentication framework in order to help protect access to the App.

We do not receive, collect, or store your biometric data directly. Biometric matching is performed by Apple on your device.

### e. Device and technical information
The App may rely on standard device-level information required by iOS to operate properly, such as system version, device capabilities, and app version. We do not use this information to directly identify you unless necessary for app functionality or legal compliance.

## 3. How We Use Information

We use processed information only for purposes such as:
- providing and operating the App;
- enabling login or local access protection features;
- enabling premium subscription access;
- restoring purchases;
- delivering local notifications you choose to receive;
- maintaining app functionality, security, and stability;
- complying with legal obligations.

## 4. Payments and In-App Purchases

All payments, subscriptions, renewals, and billing-related processing are handled by Apple through the App Store. Your use of in-app purchases is also subject to Apple's terms and policies.

We do not collect or store your credit card number, bank information, or full billing details.

## 5. Data Storage

Based on the current functionality of the App, some user data may be stored locally on your device. If future versions of the App introduce cloud storage, account sync, analytics, or server-side processing, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.

## 6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited cases:
- when necessary for the App to function through Apple services (such as App Store purchases);
- when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
- when necessary to protect our rights, users, or the security of the App.

## 7. Data Retention

Data stored locally on your device is generally retained until you delete it, delete your account within the App (if applicable), or remove the App from your device, subject to technical limitations and applicable law.

Subscription records and transaction-related information may also be retained by Apple according to Apple's policies.

## 8. Your Choices

Depending on your use of the App, you may be able to:
- review or change app settings inside the App;
- disable notifications in iOS Settings;
- stop using biometric authentication in the App or in iOS Settings;
- restore purchases through the App;
- delete your account or app data, where such options are available in the App.

You may also uninstall the App at any time.

## 9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can review and address the issue.

## 10. International Users

If you use the App outside the country where the developer operates, you understand that information may be processed on your device and through service providers such as Apple under their applicable terms and infrastructure.

## 11. Security

We take reasonable steps to help protect information processed by the App. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

## 12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the App after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
